หากคุณเคยคอมเมนต์หรือส่งข้อความถึงเพจหรือช่องของธุรกิจที่ใช้ MyCRM Agent
- ติดต่อเราทาง support@mycrmagent.com พร้อมชื่อที่แสดงบน Facebook/TikTok/YouTube และเพจหรือช่องที่คุณติดต่อ
- เราจะลบคอมเมนต์และข้อความของคุณออกจากระบบภายใน 30 วัน และแจ้งยืนยันกลับ
การลบคอมเมนต์ที่อยู่บนแพลตฟอร์มเอง ทำได้จากบัญชีของคุณบนแพลตฟอร์มนั้นโดยตรง
หากธุรกิจของคุณเชื่อมต่อบัญชี Google, Facebook หรือ TikTok กับ MyCRM Agent
- ลบการเชื่อมต่อได้เองที่เมนู ตั้งค่า → บัญชีที่เชื่อมต่อ: โทเคนการเข้าถึงจะถูกลบออกจากระบบของเราทันที
- เพิกถอนสิทธิ์ของ MyCRM Agent ที่ฝั่ง Google ได้ที่ https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions และที่หน้าการตั้งค่าของ Facebook และ TikTok
- ขอให้ลบข้อมูลที่ได้จากบัญชีที่เชื่อมต่อ (เช่น รายงานผลโฆษณา แผนโฆษณา คอมเมนต์ที่ดึงมา) ได้ทาง support@mycrmagent.com เราจะลบภายใน 30 วันและแจ้งยืนยัน

Data Deletion Instructions
MyCRM Agent is the marketing workspace of บริษัท ลักกี้ โคลเวอร์ คอร์ปอเรชั่น จำกัด that companies use to manage their own Facebook Pages, TikTok accounts, YouTube channels and ad accounts.
If you commented on or messaged a Page or channel of a company that uses MyCRM Agent: contact us via support@mycrmagent.com with your display name and the Page or channel you contacted. We delete your comments and messages from our system within 30 days and confirm. Content that lives on the platform itself can be deleted from your own account there.
If your company connected a Google, Facebook or TikTok account to MyCRM Agent: remove the connection under Settings → Connected accounts (the access tokens are deleted from our systems at once); revoke MyCRM Agent's access on Google's side at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions and in the settings of Facebook and TikTok; and ask us via support@mycrmagent.com to delete data obtained from the connected account (ad reports, ads plans, imported comments). We delete it within 30 days and confirm.
